DRYAD CHALACE

This could be concidered crafts since it is a fuctional chalce but I have placed it under sculpture because it can not be reproduced using traditional mass production ceramic techniques, it is a one of a kind hand made piece with a sculpted figurative element with too many undercuts for moldmaking techniques used for water based clay.
Dryad's are a form of tree spirit that are represented in many ways in many cultures, this is the version I have created.
